Royal Electric is a corporation organized to provide complete electrical contracting, engineering and design /build construction services to a variety of power generation, high technology, commercial, ski industry, and heavy industrial clients throughout the Northeast since 1969. Roy Electric was founded by brothers Philip and Richard Roy upon their graduation from the New Hampshire Technical Institute in Manchester, New Hampshire. It base of operations was the garage on their family farm in Bath, New Hampshire. Major growth and the addition of a third brother, Norman, as an additional partner necessitated a change. In 1974 the company was incorporated as Royal Electric Co. Inc. and operating out of Woodsville, New Hampshire.
Over the last past years Royal Electric has developed a reputation as a quality, well-managed company providing the very best in the electrical contracting field. Our reputation in the ski area industry as specialists of snowmaking, design and construction of trail lighting for sking, ski lifts, as well as generation, power plants, automation glass furnaces, instrumentation and high voltage distribution has enabled Royal Electric to complete work throughout the Northeast. The vast array of work this corporation has accomplished includes design and engineering, automation, communication and data, residential wiring of upscale homes, and commercial and industrial wiring.
